Training for a big adventure?

Want to feel strong and confident again? Or are you navigating life after the "C-word"? I’m here to help.

I’m an active, adventurous personal trainer and qualified nutrition coach who believes fitness should be fun, empowering, and adaptable to real life. Whether you’re recovering from cancer, working toward a new fitness goal, or just looking to move and feel better, I’ll help you build strength, energy, and confidence—

wherever you are.
At 30, I was diagnosed with appendix cancer, giving me first-hand experience of the physical and mental challenges of recovery. That journey led me to specialize in cancer rehab, but I also love working with people who want to push their limits, stay active while traveling, or simply feel stronger in their daily lives.

Before my diagnosis, I ran multiple half marathons, and now I’m training for my firstfull marathon. I’ve lived in China, speak Chinese, and know what it’s like to maintain a fitness routine while constantly on the move. Whether you’re training at home, in a gym, or on the go, I’ll help you create a plan that fits your lifestyle.

I’ve helped people lose weight, build
healthy habits, and achieve their
fitness goals in a way that’s both
sustainable and enjoyable. When I’m
not coaching, you’ll find me
practicing Qi Gong or out on a long
run, most likely listening to a true crime
documentary.

Movement should be something you
enjoy—not just another task on your
to-do list. If you’re looking for a coach
who brings energy, adaptability, and
a touch of adventure to every
workout, let’s get started
